“The Right Time” does not exist.

Something is always going to happen that can be used as an excuse to stop you doing what you said you will do when the time is right. It could be a family event, holidays, or something you didn’t see coming completely. You are better off starting immediately, even if you are already busy enough as it is. Want to learn to code? Find an hour in the day to start and practice. Looking at travelling to Bali? Spend some time in your day to look at your finances and see if you can travel there. Then, book your tickets and book your time off work. Even if the trip is in a year, book it so you know that you will go.

Don’t wait for the right time. Make time.

Another thing is, who says you are going to live long enough to do everything you ever wanted? who says that your time is up once you finally complete everything and only then? Is there a right time to die? No. So get to it. I remember, one day I was visiting my cousin in Toronto and we had the crazy idea of just getting tattoos. Now, us getting tattoos is something that our parents don’t exactly approve of, let alone spontaneous ones that we thought of on the spot. But I thought to myself. What if I get hit by a bus tomorrow? And that was it? I would definitely regret not doing something spontaneous and fun with my cousin. Now, whenever I look at the tattoo, it also carries the fun, wild day that we just decided to go get tattoos. And that is a tattoo that I can never regret. It's crazy to think that I almost didn’t get it because I wanted to wait for “The Right Time” which I don’t even know when that is, to be honest.

Waiting for “The Right Time” is a huge waste of time.

A young University student very curious about many things and here to share his thinking. Interested in Photography, Technology and sharing stories.
